Limited Faucet Lifetime Warranty
Parmir Water Systems warrants its product to the original purchaser or buying consumer only. Parmir’s products are to be free from any defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns it. It excludes all industrial, commercial and business use. This warranty does not apply in the event of product surface damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage and/or scuffs, faulty installation, improper care and maintenance, failure of or dissatisfaction with joints, seams or any adhesive or caulk used in connection with installation, damage caused by harsh or abrasive cleaners and/or materials or failure caused by any act of nature.
Parmir Water Systems will replace, free of charge, to the original consumer purchaser, any and all parts that prove defective under normal installation, use, and service. There must be a dated proof of purchase to accompany all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage or defects due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs or any other charges for such items as installation diagnosis or replacement of any faucet or component part, or any other expense or loss. It excludes transportation costs or any labor reinstallation costs.
If you feel that you may have a warranty claim please contact the local supplier through whom you purchased your faucet with the following information in writing: (1) date of purchase and installation; (2) the model number (or part number); (3) a complete description of the nature of the problem or defect; and (4) the original sales receipt or invoice (please provide the name of the Parmir Faucet supplier from whom you purchased your faucet if it is not included on the receipt). Replacement parts can be obtained from your local dealer or directly from Parmir Water Systems. This warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only. Incidental and consequential damages, labor charges, repair, or replacement costs are expressly excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, as you may have other rights of which vary from state to state. Installation or maintenance and cleaning must be in compliance with Parmir’s product instructions. If you find a problem with your product, please immediately contact your nearest Parmir Water Systems dealer or sales representative. Parmir recommends using a certified plumber for all faucet installation and repairs.
Returns and Claims
RETURNS: Money back guarantee for products purchased within 30 days with proof of purchase. A restocking fee may incur after 30 days.
CLAIMS: Damages incurred during installation, removal, repair, replacement as well as any other kind of loss or damages are not covered. See Parmir’s Warranty sheet for more details. Proof of purchase must be made available for an approved Parmir retailer to warranty any claim.
